Hereby, we declare all these terms and procedure are applicable for any purchasing on our website. Kindly refer to every product description before any payment made. Purchasing Policy

PLEASE REFER TO OUR POLICY STATED AT EVERY PRODUCT LISTING BEFORE ANY PAYMENT MADE.

  1. The minimum order quantity for wholesale item are 10 or 20pcs, depends on the listng item.
  2. For retail or choose color item are based on selected item only.
  3. All goods are eligiable for return in order for exhange or refund based on customer preference. Evidence must be included together with purchase receipt (photo).

 

Quality Control

  1. Random quality checking upon arrival of new stock from manfacturer for wholesale item only.
  2. Upon shipping not all order will undergo quality check in order to make sure our customer received their item as fast as possible.
  3. However customer are entitle to request for quality checking for their purchases before we ship. No additional charges included but we will delay postage from our standard shipping schedule (shipping will be made 5days upon confirmation order, exclude weekends & public holiday)
  4. Urgent request for postage and requirement for quality check will be charge rm60 per 20pcs. Postage will be made within our standard shipping schedule.
  5. Quality check are made for all retail item purchases below 20pcs (20pcs and above consider wholesale purchase or choose color)

THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE IS THE STANDARD REFERENCE FOR CUSTOMER. MOST OF THE ORDER ARE POST OUT ON NEXT WORKING DAYS

 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  1. Customer may return and refund based on the following defect criteria
  • Tear at fabric
  • Stain
  • Major tear at stiching finishing
  • Incorrect item received
  1. Customer must inform us within 3 days upon received item.
  2. For exchange item that are already out of stock will be replace with the same value item.
  3. For exhange item we will not guarantee with the same color or pattern.
  4. Postage cost for return and exhange are solely under customer disposal (2 way postage except for wrongly received item). We will inform customer for the postage cost before we made the shipment.

 

 

RETURN AND REFUND

  1. Customer are entitle for refund for the following reason
  • Exhange item are out of stock
  • Wrong received item
  • Order item are out of stock (Pre-order item).
  1. Refund will be made within 5 working days upon arrival of return item.
  2. All item that are eligible for exchange or refund must be return back to us accordingly.

 

International customer only applicable for refund/discount given for the next purchase. This is due to expensive shippig cost and international transfer rates.
